Game Duke Nukem Forever to be unveiled in May

game "Duke Nukem Forever" has a launch date, after a long wait. The game has been in limbo for a long time, and enthusiasts of the series have been waiting patiently for the next installment in the "Duke Nukem" series. However, it seems that it’s severe this time. The game is scheduled for launch in the U.S. on May 3, and worldwide on May 6. I’d bet several individuals take out a payday advance just to buy this game.

The release of ‘Duke Nukem Forever’ is ultimately here

The "Duke Nukem" video game series has lots of enthusiasts that have been waiting for a new game for quite a while, accounts USA Today. Now, a launch date has been set for "Duke Nukem Forever". Expectations for the game are running high. "Duke Nukem 3-D" was the last to emerge and that was 15 years ago. The 2009 Penny Arcade Expo showed a demo from the game that came out. Developers 2K and Gearbox Studios launched the game. An announcement for release dates came from Gearbox and 2K recently. The world will not be able to get the game until May 6 although it could be unveiled within the U.S. on May 3.

The Nukem game with ‘Chinese Democracy’ involved

Bill Clinton was still president when “Duke Nukem 3-D” was released. Because of the game play having violence and other things in it, there were lots of protests although the idea of a first person shooter was a success. The sequel, “Duke Nukem Forever” was intended to be released in 1997, but internal problems at 3-D Realms, the business that owns the franchise, kept the game from released. A subsidiary company, 2K Games, was able to take the project on. The 2009 demo was unveiled due to this. "Development hell" was what the "Duke Nukem" project was in. This is muck like "Chinese Democracy" was the Guns N' Roses album and when “The Hobbit," was filmed.

A few skeptic, some excited

Most fans hope that there can be a new "Duke Nukem" better than the "Duke Nukem 3-D" was. That may be hard to do though. In 1996, “Duke Nukem 3-D” was one of the most advanced games on the market. It was also one of the bestselling video games ever. This can be a standard several have for the new game.
