Eat Wisely, Live Longer:

The role of diet in living a healthy life cannot be undermined. Following a proper diet not only nurtures your health but also cleanses your entire system, making you immune from diseases. Therefore, based on your body constitution, you need to have your diet plan in place. A proper nutritious diet should provide you with right amount of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins. It’s important to include fresh fruits and vegetables in your daily diet, since they provide you with multiple benefits. Do not forget to have a glass of milk or juice everyday. Try avoiding junk foods as far as possible. Limit your intake of refined food such as boiled potatoes, white bread and sugar. Not to forget! Have sufficient amount of water everyday.
