A teacher must grade their student

There is no way of getting around it. There is no school system that will allow a student to go to a school and walk away with no reward or punishment. It is a way of life. All that life begins to be is a reward punishment system. We do something for something else. The best way to become happy is serving others. Focusing outward instead of inward will increase a person's happiness. I believe that a teacher should give a student as many opportunities to succeed as possible, but there must be a limit. There will always be consequences to every action. We must give opportunity to succeed but expect that some may still fail. We must grade each student; however, we must remember that each student has individual strengths and weaknesses that must be addressed in that grading.
