All you have to do is open the can and warm it up. I guess if you’re starving you don’t even really have to warm it up, but it does taste better warm. They would be the perfect food storage food, they have a whole serving of vegetables and carbs. You could even add things to it to make it a more balanced meal like protein and other kinds of vegetables. Kids love it and I think they are pretty darn tasty too. I’m not saying that I would eat them every day of the week but they are reasonably priced and they would taste mighty good if you were low on food and hungry.
